First is St Nicholas on 5 December. He is going to stroll through the city and give away his presents on St Nicholaus Eve on Prešeren's Square.
Next "good men" to come are Santa Clause on Christmas and Father Frost on New Year’s Eve!

The last month of 2012 is the right time to start the countdown to 2013 in a festive mood!
Ljubljana will dress up in its glamorous look on 3 December – the birthday of our poet Franc Prešeren, when the Christmas lightening will be turned on and the December romance will begin! It is so beautiful that you should not miss it! There will be three "good men" visiting us!
